

Hurricane relief efforts continue in Port a Piment.
Roofs and other supplies donated by IHI and the Jack Brewer Foundation continue to make their way to the south of Haiti in Port a Piment! Our efforts continue to focus on fostering sustainability in Haiti in the forms of hurricane relief, comprehensive cancer care, and education. Clinic in Grand'Anse continues to provide health services after Hurricane Matthew.
Thanks to donations made to IHI, the Osant clinic in Beaumont (a municipality located in the Grand'Anse Department, which was one of the areas hit hardest by Hurricane Matthew) continues to provide health care to its patients.


Expressions of Life

Our Holiday Campaign Launches on November 29th.
In the past year, the number of patients IHI has treated for cancer has doubled. Our communication and outreach initiatives, which we have conducted with community-based organizations and communities in Haiti, have led to an increase in the number of women coming in to our program for breast cancer treatment. In the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew...
Hurricane Matthew made landfall in the south of Haiti on October 4th. The IHI team and our partners at the Jack Brewer Foundation and Haiti Air Ambulance were on the ground beginning October 6th, providing relief to those devastated by Matthew. Our medical teams were out in the field in three of the cities hit hardest by the storm.
